* Note that the flats are furnished, include internet, water, electricity up to 200 sek monthly & cleaning once a month.
* Deposit one months rent, and rent in advance, so first month rent is double. Deposit is refundable.
* Tenant is to pay move-out cleaning fee of 2500 kr when leaving the flat.
* The rents are monthly and cannot be ajdusted, for example if tenant comes on 12th august, they pay for whole month.
