A wonderful apartment with its own large garden (corner plot), only 12 minutes' drive from Arlanda airport. The neighborhood is safe, clean and surrounded by children's play areas and quiet and peaceful neighbors, mostly retired elderly who enjoy their own private time gardening or taking a walk.

The apartment has two store rooms; one store room right outside the apartment on the same floor, and also additional larger storage in the basement.

Our primary bedroom is almost as large as the living room, large enough to fit our 180x200 bed, as well as two beds belonging to our young children, and still have space for wardrobes.

We have setup a guest room as well complete with a 160x200 bed and wardrobes.

The third room is used as an office/study. We additionally have wardrobes lining the corridor, giving us exceptional storage inside and outside the apartment!

Our kitchen is large enough to fit its own dining table as well (we use it to fit a mini football table!)

The garden, living room and kitchen faces a forest area so you have total privacy while barbecuing or enjoying the sun, or watching tv or cooking, as nobody is passing by. All the bedroom windows face the play area on the back, and because it is elevated you continue to have privacy in the rooms as it is not visible from outside.

12 minutes drive to Arlanda, 5 minutes drive to Väsby centrum and Upplands Väsby Pendeltåg. We are surrounded by 5 lekplats for children, an outdoor gym and a free outdoor tennis and basketball court. Parking is available for hire, both open spaces and covered garages with locks as well.

We are extremely happy in this area. Our only reason for considering leaving is to be closer to our daughters' school and our office now that we have to go to work 5 days a week.

We are not in a hurry! We are only interested in changes with their own garden/patio. Primary preference is Kista.
