The room is available for a friendly and responsible person who helps to keep the apartment clean, pays rent on time, and respects the neighbors.

If you feel that you fit as a tenant for this room, then follow the steps set by HousingAnywhere. We may then perhaps arrange a Zoom or in-person meeting (preferably during office hours) to discuss details and the rental agreement.

The room & apartment:
- 8 m2 private room with new flooring, curtains, and an IKEA Brimnes bed (extendable to double; mattress from 2024)
- Extra storage space outside the room
- Bookcase, stool, and rugs (which you may keep or remove)
- A desk and chair can be provided if available—please ask when applying
- Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room with sofa , dining table, TV, and balcony

Location:
Majorna, one of Gothenburg’s most charming and popular neighborhoods, located just outside the city center. The area offers a variety of cafés, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. The harbor is very close, and you can see the ferry to Denmark passing by from the apartment windows. Slottsskogen park, a large and beautiful green space ideal for walks and outdoor activities, is also within easy reach. Public transport is excellent, with direct trams to the archipelago. Järntorget is just two stops away, and the central station can be reached in about 10 minutes. Trams 3, 9, and 11 stop at Stigbergstorget, the nearest tram stop.

You pay the deposit + admin costs when you receive the key and gain access to the apartment.

Preference: Tenants staying 1-5 months with a work contract are preferred.
