Bright 16 m2 private room in a separate 60 m2 apartment with its own private entrance, fully independent from the landlord’s part of the house, located in quiet and central Svartbäcken.
Only 5 minutes by bike to Uppsala city centre and close to good bus connections.

The apartment consists of three private bedrooms, a shared kitchen and social area (approx. 10 m2), and a shared bathroom and laundry room.

Shared with two Master’s students. We are looking for a Master’s or PhD student seeking a calm, long-term stay (1–3 years).
We have 10+ years of positive experience renting to international students and researchers, with a friendly and respectful international atmosphere.

Room: underfloor heating, bed, desk, wardrobe, private WC and refrigerator.
Included: professional cleaning every second week, high-speed fiber internet, modern fire alarm system connected directly to Securitas and digital door lock.

Rent: 650 EUR/month, all utilities included.
Non-smoking.
Rent adjusted annually according to CPI.
