Congratulations on your admission to a Swedish university!

We have one private room available in our international student house in Kallhäll, Stockholm. It is suitable for students, PhD researchers and young professionals. Our current housemates are between 20 and 26, but everyone is welcome.

The house
A modern 160 m2 house with six private bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a living room, laundry, two bathrooms, a balcony and a private garden. Your room is fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe), and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. You can arrive with just your suitcase. There is also indoor storage for bicycles and belongings.

The people
You will live with students and researchers from different countries, from Stockholm University, KTH and Karolinska Institute. English is the common language. During the day most people are out studying or working, so the house is calm. In the evenings you can meet your housemates and cook together, watch movies or play game nights or keep to yourself. Both are fine.

Getting around
The commuter train station is a 5 minute walk from the house. Approximate travel times, door to door:
- Stockholm Central / Karolinska Institute: about 30 minutes
- Stockholm University and KTH: about 40 minutes (train to Odenplan, then a bus that stops inside the campus)

The connections are good, and the price and space are hard to match. Nearby you will also find shops, supermarkets, a nature reserve, a lake with beaches, and running and bike tracks.

What is included in the rent
Fast internet, electricity, water, heating, laundry facilities, home insurance, and professional cleaning of common areas and bathrooms twice a month. Parking can be arranged if needed.

How booking works
1. Book and pay the first month through HousingAnywhere. After that, you receive one invoice per month directly from me, at the same rent of €690.
2. The deposit is €350, paid with the first rent and refunded in the same week you move out.
3. I can send you the contract model before you book, so you can read it first. We sign it once your booking is confirmed.
4. When possible, I pick you up at Arlanda Airport. Otherwise we meet at the house, and I show you your room and around the house.
5. I am happy to show my ID and documents, so you can book with confidence.

Guests
Overnight visits from family and friends are allowed for a few days, just ask me for the details.
